Coreshare’s highly experienced cloud engineers worked alongside the Director and his team to build a global commercial innovation workflow, which would enable them to manage requests from across its commercial organisation.
They developed a ‘Flight Deck’ platform, to document business needs, assign tasks and track the flow of work across teams, and developed analytics reports so they could easily provide a view of project demands to stakeholders and colleagues.
A portfolio management toolset was created to enable structured quarterly RAG scoring and streamlined reporting. This reduced the time required for data collection and reporting, and provided transparency for the group’s project efforts.
Coreshare evolved the team’s simple intranet experience into a global knowledge management resource, connecting ‘digital practitioners’ - including colleagues from marketing, medical, R&D and other teams which use technology to deliver services and capabilities to patients and health care professionals. This was built on technology also used by the Global Operations team for their ‘Knowledge Marketplace’ platform.
